On the edge of a corrupt city lies the "Texas Hot Spring," run by brothers Ro-han and Gyo-han. Ro-han meets Jae-in, a girl abused by her mother, and ends up selling her drugs, causing her death. Meanwhile, Gyo-han, allied with the local crime boss, decides to sell Jae-in, blaming her for his brother's change in behavior.
